In celebration of Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy, the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ;Verne leaped into action for a chilly winter’s day of service focused on local environmental sustainability through gardening.Â

Students from across the globe and from nearby joined together on our campuses ready to start the 2023-2024 academic year off strong.
On Monday, January 16, students, faculty, and staff from the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ;Verne volunteered for L.A. Works’ Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. The university served as a co-sponsor for the event.
More than 120 new Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ;Verne students met with 21 local community organizations during the Office of Community and Civic Engagement’s (OCCE) annual FLEX & New Student Community Engagement Day on September 10.
The Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ;Verne has been selected to participate in a program that will help Behr Paint team members develop leadership & management skills.
STEAM:CODERS is the brainchild of Raymond Ealy, a former banker with a passion for creating STEAM opportunities for underserved young people.
The university community will honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by helping the homeless, spending time with the elderly, & mentoring children.
Over 450 members of the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ;Verne community gathered to clean, garden, paint and volunteer at community organizations throughout the region.
