During these times, it&#8217;s important to ask for support and use the resources available to you at the university. Asking for help can be tough, but it is a sign of strength you should feel proud of.<\/p>\n<p>SOS recognizes that some students might feel intimidated or uncomfortable meeting with university representatives to discuss their well-being.
